Ray Leach has founded six organizations over his career and invested in 150 businesses over the last 22 years. He has spent his entire career at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, venture capital, investment banking, economic development, and public policy.

Ray currently serves as a co-founder and President of The O.H.I.O. Fund, a private, $500 million impact fund that invests in real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and technology companies, offering investors significant financial returns while also enhancing Ohio’s economic vitality.

Ray lives in Cleveland Heights. His wife and two daughters have careers in the arts, media, and film. He is a graduate of the University of Akron and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
